The NCTET Ball is a cocktail style affair where 300 of the nation’s technology and education leaders gather to honor individuals that have made significant contributions to the education technology field.
Prior NCTET Honorees have included: Senator Ed Markey (D-MA), FCC Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel, Representative Grace Meng (D-NY-6) Gov. Jared Polis (D-CO), Sen. Roy Blunt (R-MO), the late Senator Edward M. Kennedy (D-MA), George Lucas (Lucasfilms and Edutopia), Senator Olympia Snowe (R-ME), Linda Darling Hammond (Stanford University), US Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor (iCivics), and Sal Khan (Khan Academy).
